Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping policies?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $250. Shipping to California costs $3.50 and $7.50 outside of California if total order value is below $250.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 2–8 business days (including processing time).

You'll receive an email confirmation when you place your order, and a tracking number once your item ships. If you don’t see either, please check your spam or promotions folders.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or orders returned to sender.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we offer international shipping worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These fees are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Ametora does not collect or control these fees, and we are not responsible for any charges incurred upon delivery — including additional brokerage or handling fees charged by carriers like UPS.

We recommend checking with your country’s customs office before ordering.

Returns, Sizing & Condition

What is your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges — including for sizing, condition, or buyer’s remorse.

We encourage you to review item descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

Sizing & Fit
Every item includes flat measurements and an estimated size based on those measurements. Vintage sizing varies — tag sizes (if present) often don’t align with modern standards.

We strongly recommend comparing our measurements to a similar item you already own.

All items are unisex unless otherwise noted.

Measurements are taken by hand and reflect the garment’s current shape. While we do our best to be precise, slight variations may occur due to fabric, age, or human error.

Estimated sizing is provided as a helpful guide — not a guarantee.
We do not accept returns due to fit issues.

What condition are the items in?
All vintage pieces show signs of age, wear, and previous use. We call out major flaws in product descriptions or in photos, but minor imperfections may not be listed — including subtle fading, distressing, or signs of repair.

Condition is described to the best of our ability.
Vintage garments are sold as-is.

Where are your items manufactured?
All Ametora cut & sew garments are made in Los Angeles, CA.
